My approach to coaching is grounded in psychological principles, and integrates strength-based and trauma-informed approaches. I adopts culturally-sensitive frameworks to help professionals navigate the complexities of contemporary organisations.

I am a Senior practitioner accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and I adhere to the EMCC Code of Ethics. I provide online sessions for individuals or groups and offer a bespoke approach both in English and Italian.
