Coaching can be understood as a human development process based on structured and focused dialogue, using appropriate strategies, tools, and techniques to encourage meaningful and lasting change.

Coaching for transformative change

I work with professionals who own businesses, hold leadership positions, lead research projects, or contribute to teams within organisations. My coaching approach is grounded in work psychology and focuses on key areas such as:

  • cultivating authentic and sustainable leadership

  • reducing stress and preventing burnout

  • building a values-based work culture

  • supporting neurodiversity in the workplace

  • managing conflicts with empathic communication.

My specialty is helping professionals rebuild resilience and psychological flexibility during challenging periods at work and through significant career transitions.

Where suitable, sessions may incorporate creative methods and mindfulness techniques to support well-being and explore the connection between personal and professional growth.

Organisational coaching

I provide coaching, training and consultancy to a range of organisations across the UK, working with professionals in education, health and social care.

Coaching for leaders and organisations focuses on enhancing individual and team performance, fostering leadership development, and promoting positive change through systemic transformations.

My approach to coaching is grounded in psychological principles, and integrates strength-based and trauma-informed approaches. I adopt culturally sensitive frameworks to help professionals navigate the complexities of contemporary organisations.

I am a Senior practitioner accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and I adhere to the EMCC Code of Ethics. I provide online sessions for individuals or groups, offering a bespoke approach in English and Italian.
